The Holiday Contest

A tradition spanning decades and in a way centuries. The OHR community has had holiday contests every so often. It's never been on a regular basis and it would be great if that changed.

Rules:
Must be a previously unreleased game made with the OHRRPGCE
Must be uploaded before 12/1/25 and either linked on this forum or otherwise made known that it is an entry for this contest
Must be focused on or in some way depicting one of the bigger holidays such as Christmas, thanksgiving, halloween, Hanukkah, etc (if your holiday is a national holiday of any country it's likely fine)
Winner is decided on a community vote

The Ridiculous Game Contest

One of the longest running OHR Traditions. The Ridiculous Game Contest calls for devs to go crazy and make those games that they normally wouldn't because they are too terrible, crazy, or bizarre. This contest is one of the most regularly held and it remains to be seen it that will continue.

Rules:
Must be a previously unreleased game made with the OHRRPGCE
Must be uploaded before 4/1/26 and either linked on this forum or otherwise made known that it is an entry for this contest
Winner is decided on a community vote
Game should be Ridiculous

Say it Aint So

The lewdest OHR contest. Due to the fact that Lewd Games have been frowned upon lately and that some people may not want to make a lewd game, the Say it Aint So contest is being permanently combined with the fan game contest. If you don't like it then I assume your response will be "say it ain't so"

Must be a previously unreleased game made with the OHRRPGCE
Must be uploaded before 6/9/26 and either linked on this forum or otherwise made known that it is an entry for this contest
Winner is decided on a community vote
Must be either a lewd game or a fan game

Summer Slam

Previously combined with the Heart of the OHR into Heart Slam, the summer Slam Contest is one of the newer contests on the list of OHR Contests, but by no means a small one.

Must be uploaded before 9/22/26 and either linked on this forum or otherwise made known that it is an entry for this contest
Winner is decided on a community vote

Random Collab

The contest designed to bring the community together. This is the only contest where you can't work alone!

Rules:
Must work in a team of at least 2.
The team does not need to be random, but random match ups can be arranged upon request
Must be a previously unreleased game
Must be uploaded before 11/1/26 and either linked on this forum or otherwise made known that it is an entry for this contest
Winner is decided on a community vote

Heart of the OHR

The Original Giant OHR Contest. This Contest is designed to get people making RPG's and typically spans an entire year. Big contests mean big prizes and typically this contest is known to have the biggest prizes in the OHR

Must be a previously unreleased game made with the OHRRPGCE, or a game with 30 minutes of content added
Must be uploaded before 11/1/26 and either linked on this forum or otherwise made known that it is an entry for this contest
Winner is decided on a community vote
Must be an RPG
Yes your collab contest game counts if it's also an rpg

there are no further rules than those outlined above
future versions of the above contests will be hosted by the winners of said contests and may involve alternative rulesets
