Re:Tags. I'm about ready to post my game.

Is there a post or a page with descriptions of the game tags that are used? My game has a lot of unique features. Most are not much to fuss over, with scripts that are tedious and specific to my own game. For now, I'm just putting in an ending and trying to fix all of the things that nag me (you know how it is). Thanks!

The tags on the gamelist?

I think people just make them up willy-nilly.

They are optional, so if you are not sure what tags to use, it is perfectly okay to leave them blank.

That's a nice way to re-announce your presense :)

There's no standard for the tags. Years ago when tags were introduced there was a bit of discussion about how certain tags should be used, but not too much was decided (and the fact that I've entirely forgotten it shows it's now moot). Consistency is achieved mainly by people tagging large numbers of games by their own criteria with whatever tag they want.

You can see the most common tags on the Search page. There's no list of all tags on SS, but you can see them here (that list is a couple years out of date, and includes four tags (demo, complete, in progress, no demo) from Castle Paradox too).

I just noticed but in other-than-the-default board styles, you can't see or add tags to games :(
edit: for that matter, you don't see a preview image in the gameslist, and I suspect maybe other things too

Yes, you should probably not use the other styles.

I find it a little difficult to read on the default scheme

Yes, I view SS slightly zoomed in. The text size is pretty small.

Am I the only one who sees (what I assume is) colour bleeding between text and the background?
It looks like there's a white halo/outline around all the text making it look slightly fuzzy
Maybe there's something wrong with my setup
