I decided to spice up the text boxes a bit after someone said they looked terrible. I think this might have been just what the game was missing.

I don't mind taking the accusation since I said it. New boxes look a lot better.

In the starting room (the gnome couple's house?), if you go to the right end, you teleport into the middle of the forest. Also, just before the wall, there's a spot where you can give yourself infinite health and magic upgrades. Were these supposed to be in the released version?

Nice finds Hedera Helix
First, this is the beta version. As such, I left several debugging tools in this beta version. They are slightly hidden, but as you've displayed not hard to find if you look.
This was so I could continue working on the game without making a seperate version. And also to let players experience more of the game if they were having issues due to difficulty balance ( which was a complaint at first but seems to have gotten better. )
You can also equip any item in the game by hovering over the empty spot in the menu and pressing to equip it.

I hope you've been enjoying the game so far.

It's definitely got a goofy charm to it that I like.

I've encountered a few more bugs, mostly having to do with enemies spawning in the floor or in midair, but also with rocks sometimes not being able to be picked up. The worm enemies in the area after the dinosaur boss (Steve?) don't hurt the player. Additionally, the note that's dropped out of the floormaster portal doesn't do anything, and it definitely seems like it should.

The weirdest thing is that F12 doesn't work for taking screenshots, unless a textbox is displayed? idgi

changed the HUD to include more information.
I think it will fix some issues some players were having.

Well there's still a lot of bugs and stuff to work on.
Music is almost done so that's good. Pjbebi did good work.
I'm going to be going through and redoing all the sound effects.
And I also want to get achievements working.
And after all that, another play through or 2 and it'll be done.

Games done.
I uploaded it here first before steam to get some feedback, maybe catch that 1 big bug before releasing it to too many people.
If you have the time, please give it a try. And if you do, please let me know what you think and if you find any issues.

Overall Tim-Tim 2 was a solid game, happy to have played it on stream for Spoon to see reactions and get opinions and find bugs. We found a few. I think it's easily his best game (even better than Cat in Box) and it plays well. There were some issues I personally had as I'm used to games where the bottom face button was jump and it was mapped to left one. Game is about 3.5 hours long, lots of fun little secrets, dialog is pretty charming. You wouldn't have thought the dude who made Funkotron made this game either. PJ's music added a level of polish to the game I wasn't expecting and the game definitely needed it. I do kinda miss the jazz music, but in a jokey way.

Really great effort Spoon. If you can figure out a way to display buttons easier to match face buttons on a game pad that would rule. That's honestly my only issue. You saw several time I got choked up hitting bottom face button (Playstation X button) and it brought up the menu. I think the average player will want to play this on a game pad.

The Slime Dungeon had the best tile variety of all the dungeons, would love to see a little more tile variety in the other dungeons to match that level of detail. Favorite dungeon and favorite boss was the 1st one with Susan. She had some excellent attacks, her dash attack looked spectacular.

I'll totally play it again when it's on Steam to check achievements for you and will proudly leave a review for you. Really great job man.
