I am pleased to report a marked increase in the site's viewership since the launch of the arena. Yesterday, the site reached 400 unique viewers -- small change for the vast world of the internet, but a landmark for the site, which only broke the 100 mark less than two weeks ago.
I was surprised by the popularity of the arena. It's had the spotlight on the front page for awhile now, and it will continue to receive updates and hopefully continue to motivate you to contribute your games and <a href="http://www.slimesalad.com/forum/viewtop ... reviews, but it's important to recognize that the site is and will always be about the games and reviews.
So what's up next on the features menu? Tagging for games and a better system for linking games to reviews. The former is great news for anyone who wants to browse our library of games and the latter makes no difference unless you're a mod or an admin. Hooray for better interface?
Further down the line, I'm going to look at supporting multiple authors for a game. I know we've already got several games on the site that were co-authored.
Okay, that's it. Go back to beating each other up.
