In this situation, I defer to the cruelly capricious random.org, who dictates that the winner is Cat in Box, proving, perhaps, that cheaters do prosper after all. Yes, multiple times, but phpBB doesn't log votes, just voters, so I can't actually confirm it short of grilling everyone who voted last month. More trouble than it's worth.
