Review: Nordomin: Quest of Creole

Post by Spoonweaver »

This music is terrible. I felt the need to say that first. Because the game isn't really that bad, but the music really takes it down a peg or maybe even two. The overall premise of the game is fairly good. There are some promising things here. I like to see this game completed.
The graphics are the strngest point here. They're really well done. All except the bland battle background. I'm not sure where this background came from, but people should stop using it. Unless Dukedellot is in fact all the different people that have used it, at which point I guess it's his signature.
I kind of like how you can start off with different starting character depending on some random choices you make. And the text choices remind me of some current big name rpg's. Some of the other things seem a little less developed though. I would have liked to see a better graphics for the wandering monsters. But that's not that important.

I'd recommend giving this a look, but not a listen.
