You run off to the control room to play with the microphone. From here, you have no clue if your crazy scheme worked, although the fact that the spider was no longer a participant suggests that he probably did not win the game.

The jar explodes violently and the room fills with steam.

Tell me what the microphone in the control room is for. Then you can have another clue.

I walk from room to room listening for ncw64's PARTY TIME shouts.
In the steam-filled MAGMA room I listen.
I go NORTH into the FOUNTAIN room and listen.
I go EAST into the GLOVE room and listen.
I go WEST and WEST again to the ICE room and listen.
I go WEST into the STATUE room and listen. (while trying to avoid eye-contact with Ed and Catwoman)
I go EAST and NORTH into the TROLL room and listen.
I go WEST to the ENTRANCE room and listen.
I go NORTH to the CONTROL room and listen, which is silly, because ncp64 is standing right there shouting.
I go WEST to the DARK room and listen.
I hightail it back EAST before the GRUE eats me, and tell ncw what (if anything) that I heard.

You enter the spider room. You watch the spiders play. This is still incredibly creepy.

Labyrinth Entrance
There's a box here labeled "Magic Keys" that is filled to the top with keys. A portrait adorns the west wall. The door to the north has been vaporized. A passage also leads east.

PARTY TIME PARTY TIME PARTY TIME

Magma room: You hear the hiss of the steam.
Fountain room: You hear the bubbling fountain.
Glove room: You hear the warble of the northern spotted glovebird. No, wait, that's probably your imagination.
Ice room: You hear an eerie silence.
Statue room: You hear the statues conversing.
Troll room: You hear the troll humming to himself.
Entrance: You hear Spoonweaver thinking out loud.
Control room: You hear ncw64 shouting "PARTY TIME PARTY TIME PARTY TIME..."
Dark room: You hear the faint sounds of ventilation.
You return to the control room and relay all of this information to ncw64. He's still shouting "PARTY TIME," though, and it's unclear if he's really paying attention to you.
A note from the editor: Each room is assumed to be self-contained, which may seem a bit silly but helps simplify things for game purposes. If it bothers you, imagine that the rooms are each connected by really long hallways. Or magic portals. Yeah, magic portals sounds good.

And you did all of how much legwork to figure this out?
The solution is its own reward in this case.
Come, my children, lend an ear
The Great Sphinx deigns to speak
Riddles far and riddles near
Are answered if you think
One last puzzle lies ahead
And through the Sphinx's power
Through the labyrinth you've been led
But now this is your hour
So gather up and join your minds
And bring this to an end
He who seeks is he who finds
And lives to solve again.
That was touching.
Shizuma
You arrive in the control room.
Control Room
Look at all of these buttons! The large panel has a keyboard and a microphone, while the pedestal houses what looks very much like a Simon game. There's also a lever on the west and east walls. For such an important-looking room, it sure wasn't very secure.
Exits lead west and south.
