Zdaemon (Doom / Doom 2) Tournament

Well, since this a game site, I might as well announce a small tournament for Zdaemon, which is an engine that allows players to compete on the original DOS doom games over the internet.

Whoever wins...well, we have no prizes, but it'd be a pretty good way to be able to compete against each other.

To play, however, you need the original Doom1 or Doom 2 games. BUT, there is a workaround if you don't want the commercial version if you've never played before. You can look online for a copy of the Doom v1.9 Shareware version of the game. This includes the first full episode of Doom, complete with full multiplayer support on Zdaemon.

This link also includes the download links. I'm pretty sure Zdaemon will work on Windows, Linux and Mac computers.
