Game of the Month January voting/February nominations

December's winner

It was a tie! Our friend random.org has advised me that the true winner is [game]Who Killed Dinosaur Giant?[/game] It'll be on the front page for a few more weeks.

January voting

No one actually nominated anything for January, you slackers. So, by executive decision, the January GOTM will be the winner of the Heart of the OHR contest (or if the author declines, the first runner up that doesn't).

February nominations

Your favorite game isn't on the poll, because there isn't a poll. So nominate it for next month's! It only takes two nominations to put a game on the ballot (or one for a game that's already on the poll). You can nominate up to three games.

Remember, any game is eligible -- it doesn't have to be new. The only restriction is that the game has to be hosted on Slime Salad and the game cannot have already been Game of the Month (even if it has been updated since).

Nominations end on the 31st. Celebrate the holidays by nominating games for next month's poll!

If nobody votes or nominates anything, could King of Gourmet be the next Game of the Month? It'd be kinda sad to be nominated and tie for the win and then get coinflipped out of it.

EDIT: Next after January's HOTOHR Winner, of course.

I do agree, and if nothing else, it will definitely be on the poll.

Nominating Okédoké! for the first time in a while, since I've actually updated it recently.

Also nominating Do You Want To Be A Hero? and... well, Motrya's already got the next one since it won HotOHR, so... I'll think of a third nomination later.

It has? Oh. I don't remember ever seeing it get GotM... must have missed that one somehow.

EDIT: I can't seem to find a GotM poll that Okédoké won. In the most recent ones I could find that had it in the poll at all (September and October of 2010), it didn't win either of them.

I really could have sworn it was. Sorry, I guess I was wrong. I don't know why I thought that....
