Game display
Check out the games forum! There is now a new layout for viewing games. Hopefully this is more pleasing to your eyes. You can still access the normal view with some URL hackery.
I plan on changing the forum layout soon enough, too. Post your game list suggestions here!

There are other differences, but they're minor. Generally, it's just a subtle shift away from looking like a forum post.
My hope, though, is that the embedded reviews will encourage people to write more reviews -- even if they're short ones. The current review count is hovering right around "pathetic."
Of course, if you have any suggestions about how the game page itself might be improved, suggest away.
[edit] Mods have to link reviews to games. I could cross-link reviews. I'll think about it.

Wrap each attachment in a div that's floating left with margins? They will line up on the same row and wrap to fit the the browser window as needed.Mogri wrote:Unfortunately, even something that simple falls under "complete rehaul." The code is designed to display one attachment per line. Putting them into a right-hand column was a simple fix; putting them into a table like that gets messy really fast.
I'll see what I can do, though.
Okay, awesome. Here is The New Look, complete with bonus features.
Escape From Darkavern: See how lots of images roll onto the next line.
Customer Service Robot: See how a superlarge image is thumbnailed.
Images in reviews will continue to be displayed on the right, which is sort of the next-best thing to inlining them.

Did you create a smaller thumbnail version of the picture and upload it, or did you do one of those code things where the actual image loads while showing the smaller picture, whereupon clicking on the shrunk down image just shows it at its original size? I hope that makes sense.
If it's the second way, I was wondering what HTML code allows you to show the same picture except shrunk down.
