Sorry, I'm uploading it to SS now so you have more info, haha. Also I wasn't the only one who made the game (read the readme).

So... we just vote for the game we want to win? We don't do a 1st, 2nd, 3rd favorite list? Just one?

Yeah, I suppose just one vote since it is already done. I didn't expect quite this big of a turnout to be honest :)

I take that back, make it three votes then. Your number one will get three points, two = two, and three is one point. I guess it could be a bit difficult picking only one game to vote on. I will update the rules to display this.

#1. The Adventures of Mikey T by Meatballsub
Even though I couldn't figure out what to do and gave up, this game had the best setting, concept and humor in general. Loved the awful VA and the gameplay ideas. It really could have been more user-friendly though. Some way to tell which tiles were walls and which weren't would have been nice. The block puzzles need to die in a fire.

#2. Timestream Saga – Arcadia Incident Report by Fenrir-Lunaris
Mostly for the terrorists. Graphics were great also. I F4'd

#3. Jailbreak by Aeth/ Mr J
I didn't really like this game much, but you could tell how much effort went into it. It felt the most like an 8-bit game too.

i thought fen's was fun even though there was a bit too much "hold the space bar" a kothyl drone killed me and i stopped playing after that.
rmz's was pretty fun but the touch-bots really ruin the enjoyment of it. a lot.
divine bovine's was pretty funny(carry on my wayward son!!), but not knowing where to go kinda sucked(and this probably sounds hypocritical based on, well, mine/aeth's game.)

edit: friend plays the game

Based on what others suggested, I have decided to put up the final entry from Gizmog and Shizuma. You can find the download link above. Those who have already voted, if you play their game and decide that you would like to change your votes, then please let me know and I will make the change for you.

As for my game, I guess I should have gotten a few people to run through it before release. My only suggestion is to search literally everything. Every box, every trash can, and if a wall or gate looks out of place, search it. It might take a few tries, but you should be able to finish it eventually.

i'd really like it if people left criticism mine/aeth's game here. cause i'm considering actually continuing/doing a game like it but redone and the script a bit more... advanced.

thanks

This was a tough vote. Most of these games were really excellent. I'll just have to judge on how much I liked them.

#1. Mr. Triangle's Maze
I found this the most playable, fun with good graphics and sound, game is pro.
#2. Jailbreak
About even with the first, this was really cool too. I'm going to play again to beat it if it can be beat.
#3. The Adventures of Mikey T
This was also a really cool game, I liked the setting and stuff. I couldn't figure it out but it was fun to play with.

Runners up include almost everything.

Thanks for all who have voted so far. It looks like it's going to be a close call on the winners already.

If you guys can help it, please send me your votes via PM and do not post them on this topic. I'd like to keep the totals and tallies secret until the upcoming Hamsterspeak :v:

Please excuse the triple post but...

Guys, we need some more votes! At this time, there have been less voters than there have been actual entries! That is silly!

Those who haven't voted have about four more days to do so. We have some neat entries, and they won't take long to check out. I encourage you all to take an hour out of your time to play the entries and vote before next Monday!
