Who's Playing

New feature! You can now log on to "Who's Playing" at the bottom of the forum's main page. This will hopefully let you hook up with other slimes in your games. Currently, the list is exactly one game long. Please suggest more games!

You can add your friend code or other info in the Comments field. If you leave the Comments field blank, it'll keep what was in it last for that game. So if I put in my friends code for SSBB the first time, but leave it blank the next time, it'll remember my friends code.

In theory, at least. Haven't tested it very well. Enjoy!

You accidentally put Smash Bros. Melee instead of Brawl. Besides the minor mistake, I like being able to know others are online in Brawl.

Erk. Fixed. Added TF2 to the gamelist, too.

I also broke Who's Online in the process of making this. I'm aware of it and trying to fix it currently.

Awesome feature, thanks. How do we set it so that we're no longer playing something?

I'd like to see Advance Wars DS especially, since finding random people is a pain in the slime. Planet Puzzle League, Tetris DS, and Mario Kart DS would be good too.

You can just let your session time out and that'll take you off Who's Playing, or I've added a (None) game. Playing (None) prevents you from showing up on Who's Playing. Additionally, however, people won't see your witty Comments on (None).

Would it be possible to add a second text box aside from the Comments box for people to post their Friends Codes / in-game handles? I mean, we could just post them in the Comments box, but not everyone will, and unless there's a thread for each game getting friend codes is a pain.

More awesome features! The dropdown is now divided by system and the Code field only shows up on DS or Wii games.

There may have been a problem with the friend code field which prevented you from entering a friend code into a game you hadn't played before. That problem is now fixed.

So what about more platforms? I've got a 360 now, and probably a few others here do (I know Surlaw does) and there's a handful of games I think people here are likely to play.

Xbox 360

The only game I can think of at the moment is Castle Crashers. I'm sure others can suggest good ones.

EDIT: I don't think it matters but the Xbox doesn't have friend codes, it has Gamertags, which are just screen names. The field can be filled in either way, it's just a nitpicky thing.
