So Game World doesn't take place only in SAMPLE.RPG-land?
Wow, that screenshot of "V The XXX Site Virus II: The Backup" shows some serious issues with the dither background and font outline conflicting. I'll try to remeber to add an option to outline fonts using 8-neighbourhood rather than 4-neighbourhood pixels.
Kinda concerned by the existence of OHRChan...
Agaresta and Isometric are definitively going some where. GTA is a bit slow but i'm already working on a plot. V II is in halt since V I but i will try to get it finished. Game world original plot would be from this Slime.rpg to NPC and tags tutorial, i would build the place as a big space station and then to viking of midgard probably and Wandering hamster. next would be Sword of jade but i did never touched this one.
OHRChan already have a battle system, just need some balancing and a solid plot. NPC Life is going forward on baby steps... but going.
This looks like it's going to be great! Also looks like the player is jumping in to a pit rather than facing the boss which is pretty comical in itself.
I'm liking that white outline you use in your game. Is it intentionally there to make the character more visible when standing in the shadows of the buildings and such? Either way it's very unique.

Thanks! Good to be receiving some positive feedback on the project. The outlines are partly for clarity and partly a style thing. I think it's a major improvement from my original design (when he was standing in the road, it looked like he had no arms).
I'm just posting a little notice that I uploaded a game here. It's a retro, Atari-ish take on Cronenberg's 1986 movie The Fly. I hope It works right (It did in all my playtesting) and I hope that a few folks take a couple minutes to give it a looksee.
I Re-uploaded a version of THE FLY in which the points scored are lower, which should keep the score counter from maxing out, and messing up the game.
I apologize to anyone who downloaded the first version, and hope that some of you will give it another try now that the "Bug" is fixed. Pun intended.
