Well, there are a few people here that never talk about projects or anything, so I thought it'd be good for people to let everyone know that games are being made.
And I guess this would also be a good place to jot down projects that you've decided to scrap.
I'll start us off then.
I'm currently working on Detelamane as well as Darkavern.

I actually have four projects, and I don't entirely know how all of them are going.
Halloween Quest 3 is the obvious one. Then there's the secret project I'm working on with Worthy which should be really bad slime, and then I'm doing sprites for OHR-House 3, and finally... a super top secret project (with a few elite OHR-designers) that all of you will flip out and love when the demo is ready.
This was a good idea TH.

I've got my newbie remake game going(Densetsu no Okami), Nintendo Quest is suspended but I still plan on finishing it some day, and I've got several games on the back burner.
Dragon Warrior Fangame - Cancelled
A Newbie's Quest - Cancelled
I never plan on doing any more for either of these games.
Axe of the Mystics
I do occasionally add a little bit here or there to this game. Its original purpose was to showcase the ability to permanently increase stats via items(I began work on the game one day after the feature was added).
The only unusual thing about this game is its graphics; they're drawn in five colors: black, white, dark gray, light gray, and gray blue(which I only added because I needed something else on the master palette in order to see anything).
The Adventures of Nathan Karr
Undergoing several dramatic changes.
The two starting characters are Nathan Karr(a Black Mage's hat on a Red Mage's body with shortened hair and a palette swap) and Player(just a generic teenage American male, there to represent the person playing. He uses Ness's sprites from the NES game).
Nathan, of course, acts like a total idiot at nearly every given opportunity, while Player acts like the Only Sane Man. Nathan is a generic mage with healing, fire, electricity, and status ailment spells. Player is more of a fighter type, armed most often with modern-day weapons(such as bats and yo-yos) and special abilities for testing out certain engine features/emulating famous videogame characters.
I've considered scrapping it due to low demand for games using stolen elements and user insert characters.
Retrospective Role-Playing Game
The battles will need some huge ballance tweaks if I am ever to reopen this game. And, of course, I'll remove most of the useless text for the intro.

xeon- my current progect. started out as a newbie game when i was 12. its taken over 5 years to develope due to being constently deleated or reverted to previouse verisons over the years. it should have a final release by this summer.
secret project(1)- this game i started about 6 months ago but havnt worked on it yet. im waiting to release xeon first and if its successful ill resume work.
secret project(2)- this game im very exitced about. i started it on friday (lol) just because im bored. its actually a remake of another game, only made for the ohr. the plotscripting will have to be very advance because its a puzzle game but im willing to work on it as long as it takes. i should have a stable demo ready by spring breakish.(if anyone is willing to team up to help me work on this game please contact me!(must work well with plotscripting.))

the only thing I got right now is called "This Baby", I can't tell you much, but I can tell you it'll have an epic storyline, around 15 unique heroes to choose from, and three different endings. I can also give you a chapter list:
Prologue: This Baby.
Ch.1: Clown Prince
Ch.2: Dungeon Master
Ch.3: My name is Garth
Ch:4 Legend Killer
Ch.5: The Empire
Ch.6: Undying
Epilogue: Dreams of Apollyon.
I'll hold a journal and make some previews when I have more to show for it.

I'm working on a project tentatively called "The Breach," which is going to use a (hopefully) nifty custom battle system. I should have a demo out in not too long.
I also (swear to god!) am going to release an updated version of The Ritual. I think I'm going to scale back the changes I had originally planned because, judging from my lack of progress, I'm clearly tired of working on it, but I really want to use all the awesome graphics people contributed.

This is an RPG about a "mage who can't use magic" who is attending a "magical training" academy (ala Hogwarts, I guess). After the graduation exam, a course of events takes place that leads him on a quest to find his origin. The player will also control one of the main characters on the enemy's side.
I can't reveal too much about the plot really, but it's sort of like my old game, Query, mixed with OHR House dialogue-wise (but it isn't a comedy game). Hopefully I'll have a preview this month. I like the game a lot.

My current brainchild is still in gestation; it's a game I'll call...hmm, say "I, Villain." That's just a placeholder, though; I'll definitely think of something better later. As the title implies, you play a villain in an RPG style story, instead of the traditional hero. According to my calculations based on the amount of time I spend working on games, and the amount of skill I posess versus the amount I will need to obtain in order to make this concept a masterpiece of execution, I project the release date to be in the year 3,713,625,128. So, in other words, never. I'm just posting this for slimebucks. Smell ya later.
(Edit: I really am working on it, but it's doubtful I'll get it finished.)

I don't post here enough (read: at all) but I found a link to this place in Moogle's LJ so started reading a few of the threads. Here's my current project:
This is not an OHR game but it has several OHR and ex-OHR people working on it: Rinku, Komera, Harlock, Longetech aka Longebane, and Orchard-L aka Friend. (And one non-OHR guy, Wynand).

I've got good progress on Blow Stuff Up, which I've recently learned is in the sub-genre called "run-and-gun". I haven't worked on it in a long time, though.
I've started another project though, but I was kinda keeping it a secret, because I know how much my hype sometimes falls flat. It's a shmup. I'm calling it Modern Magic.

I'm sad to say that i've lost a good bit of interest in The Omega, and it is a shame as it is likely 80-85% complete. There is no sense in me working on it when I don't want to though, and the fact that this game has had reincarnation after reincarnation for years might have put a damper on everything as well.
I am sure I will finish it one of these days though.
I am currently in planning stages for a fresh, new game though. I'd say details but as Machu suggested, that typically leads to nothing happening or a fallout in production. I am going to keep details as airtight as possible to help prevent that from happening.
Just an update so you guys know I am not dead and am indeed working on some things.

+2 for me for actually finishing The Omega and then completing Mikey T for the 8-bit contest.
Right now, I am in the planning stages for two games, both of which are untitled at this point. One of them will have something to do with boxing, and actually has a couple of early screenies to go with it:
The other one involves a Grocery Store. That is all i'm saying. I plan to do both projects, but am not sure which one will take off first.
