Eh, might as well make this my first post.

[Left is original size, right is the one blown up in size.]
A novice witch of sorts that's going to be in my project thing. I'm putting it here simply because I managed to make her so much more cute and obviously frustrated than I originally intended to.
[I know the shading's kinda simple on the robe, but eh.]

So I just changed my village backdrop from this:

To this:

Tell me what you think. =)

Edit:
@RotiniDevil
It looks better, definitely.
But the trees don't look like they've adapted to your new style - they have blatant dark outlines, which seem to be absent from the other objects.

How about now?

I merely altered battle spirtes from Vikings and FFH. I TAKE NO CREDIT FOR ANY GRAPHICS having said that, anyone want to see the battle sprites? (I think it's okay to use those sprites[in a demo], am I wrong for using them in that way?)[/i]

Dark outlines aren't a sin, most people just don't build the objects to support them.

*Pheonix casts Redraw*

Redrew my two Luna Magi in a [far] better manner. Also gave them brown leather overcoats, to make their outfits slightly more interesting.

[Maybe I should work on the graphics for the dungeon these two appear in...]

Decided to update some enemy sprites.

Left ones are the sprites used in the demo version, middle ones are unused updates, the right ones are the sprites currently used.

Huge improvement, by the way. Interestingly, the far left ones look like they could be player characters. The [s]art evolution[/s] sprite edits makes them look much more sinister.

Is that meant in a bad way? I actually did base the sprites of those. :v:

I am impressed by those. I can see the similarities to the sprites that inspired you, but that is not at all a bad thing. Those are not just sprite edits-- it looks like you placed every pixel yourself.
