I'm glad there's a Most Improved category. Lots of people probably would have dropped out, but since there's a reward for "take what you got and make it better", we figured "anything's better than nothing!".

Unfortunately, I'll have to be dropping out of the contest... school stuff's taking up more time than I expected it to and I've barely gotten any more done with Chapter 5 since the last time I posted about it (all the optional bosses are in now, as well as graphics for newly-introduced characters, but I still haven't touched that last map and the whole "talking to El Garbanzo's dad/escaping prison" scene needs to be written and scripted.)
I'll still probably have a 5-chapter demo of Okédoké done before September is over, but it probably won't be for another week or so depending on how fast I can get the rest of the chapter finished... I'd count that as being too late for the contest, even though it technically isn't.
