YOU decide
I have a lot of unfinished projects on the table. I mean, a lot of them. Some I'll never get around to, some still have a light burning on them. Which would you most like to see?
Super Sheep Rancher: You remember the original. You might not remember the short demo of the sequel. It's on CP and only has one level. Think Sheep Rancher with a more Zeldaish layout (but no dungeons).
Scary Game 3: With the jumping and shooting and punching. The demo is here and on CP.
Darkmoor Beckons: The all-purpose sequel to Darkmoor Dungeon. Never got demo'd.
Timpoline: More jumping action, this time with the bouncing and killer difficulty. The mostly-complete game is here, but more levels are on my computer.
Bonus points if you include a convincing description of why you want the game. I'm really looking for something to break my inertia here.

Super Sheep Rancher. For reasons other than I parodied this some time ago.
Specifically, I remember talking about several features that could be implemented that would expand so much on the game itself it'd be awesome, and would create more in-depth puzzles. Here were a few of the highlights:
-> A collie! There could be different types the player could select based on preference. They'd essentially be controlled by the player to help solve puzzles, distract wolves, fetch items that Sam can't reach, and so on. They would be the main functional improvement of the game.
-> More spells! Fireballs to fight away the wolves (a crisped sprite?) An attraction spell to call sheep to your location perhaps?
->Level selection/World Map! Some spells may only be gotten in particular levels, but you don't yet have the ability to get them until later. There may be multiple paths through a level.

The world map is planned -- that's what I meant by Zelda gameflow. I don't know if you played the demo, but spells are now items that you pick up and you need to have unlocked them first. There might be some puzzles that are beatable without a certain spell, but easier when you get it -- and others that have secret exits, like in Super Mario World, so you have to play them again once you've unlocked the spell.
I like the idea of the collie as a customizable pet/familiar. Maybe it can grow and learn new tricks. I have this idea of it being like your dog in Secret of Evermore, helping you find secrets on the world map.
SSR is the one I'm leaning towards right now (though I wasn't sure if you were still interested in MM, Red -- we'll talk), but I'm interested in seeing what you're interested in. I do hope to complete all of these projects at some point.
