Before I say what I'm going to say I'd like to point out, I, in no way, care if you ban (+[]::)<GBA.

I think you've been kind of unfair to GBA. Sure he's had a couple really bad posts, but most of the reason they looked so bad were the posts after his, basically mocking his. The most recent of which is by 8-bit. Now , using this case as an example, GBA posted that his gf's name was Keli which, seeing as my gf was currently the topic at the time and has basically the same name his comment wasn't exactly off topic, (though it was kind of shifting the topic slightly). However, then 8-bit posts an insult about his gf in a really immature way, thus calling attention to GBA's post and GBA is considered the offender.
This isn't the only case of other people using GBA, or other people such as King-BBB, as an excuse to post really ridiculous things.
I honestly have never been even slightly annoyed by either King-BBB or GBA. I agree that there should be a limit to the amount a member can do or post but I personally don't think either of them has come close to that, and also neither of them has really broken the rules.

In fairness, I thought 8bit's response was annoying. But I'm much less concerned when people countertroll than when they're the ones screwing things up. GBA is considered the offender because he is the offender.

There's also the matter of contribution. I think this was brought up before on this board. The idea is that I'm much more likely to be lenient to people who pull stupid crap when they also contribute, be it in the form of games or reviews. I'm looking at you here. To date, GBA has produced a single review of marginal quality.

Finally, there's the small matter of he has already been warned about doing stupid stuff. King-BBB also has a longstanding history of childish idiocy, but he posts here infrequently, and often he posts about the game he's (allegedly) making. GBA posts flamebait. To me, these are not exactly fine distinctions.

yes 8bit, im sure i can find some other threads where you posted something unnecessary. if you like i can pm them to you. mogri: maybe you should try reading out loud if you had a hard time reading my post. i tried to use as many "big" words as possible so that you can understand what is going on. as far as things being irrelevant, why not look through every single thread ever written on the game discussion forum and pick out everything that is off topic. i mean seriously, do you expect everything to go perfectly? are you considering trolling a bad thing? apparently you dont know what it means to be an offender. it means when you do something offensive. now, illegid thread starts off with me saying something about my girlfriends name. tell me where that is offensive? then 8bit comes in and says something about my girlfriend in real life. not offensive? seriously? momoka: i obviously know how to use the shift key. i write xml a lot and dont really consider typing in capitals and hitting enter unless i really care to do it. just a waste of time to me, im not in my english class again. twinconclusive: why not look back to that thread and see what was posted before mine was. i can say that atleast 2 posts firectly before that one have nothing to do with the thread either.
