toggle the 3000fps when grinding random battles, perfect

honestly though, I don't think anyone has to worry about framerate with an ohr game. 30 is fine, 60 is double fine. If someone's device can't handle that, then i'd consider them an outlier. has anyone done a stress test with the ohr yet? if not, point made
