The carriage is moving though Old Bakak now. The buildings are tall and ancient and adorned with columns and statues. The streets are wide and paved with well-fitted stone slabs. The pedestrians are robed lawyers, spotless priestesses, black-clad bankers, merchants and guildlords wearing gold ornaments, guards in gleaming armor, and of course, the ever-present Cook's guild porters. Many of them seem to be carrying trays of covered and insulated tankards of steaming liquid. (No other way to get hot coffee this deep into the Unburning)

The horse seems to know where it is going. It turns down a side smaller street and stops at a stableyard in the back of a stately marble mansion. Another even fancier carriage is parked here, and the sounds of other horses can be heard though an emmaculate stable door. There is also a back door to the mansion, up a flight of steps.

Nobody else is around right now. The horse waits expectantly.
