23. Thief

Whoever smokes the raccy tobaccy is cursed with an all-consuming addiction to the stuff which forces them to steal in order to get the money to buy more. Oh, and also a transformation into some sort of were-raccoon thing.

24. Fire Elemental/fire-aligned

Because I haven't used a small-sized enemy sprite for one of these in a while... here's a flaming skull.

25. Fish/fishlike

Think I'm missing a fin or two here but whatever, it's a monster fish and I'm sure those are substantially different from regular fish.
