I've never really used vehicles much, but you probably need to check the vehicle and see what kinds of tiles the player can leave the vehicle on. Like, it might say it can only stop on "A" or "B" tiles. Then you just need to go to the wallmap editor for that map and set tiles as A or B if you want the player to be able to leave the vehicle there (I think you just press A or B to do this).
So, for example, if you have an airship that can only land on grass tiles, you might mark all grass tiles as A and set the vehicle to be able to land on A tiles. This way you can prevent the player from landing on a mountain or in the ocean.

sounds like you have to add him to your party, in game.
You can do this by setting up a textbox with the condition add "herp" to party and under tag settings select always.
then just put that textbox on an npc, most likely one that looks like the hero, and make it a one time use so that it appears the npc is now following you.

well, there's always the sample music. javascript:emoticon(':D')
...also, the program does come with one.
...or you could try http://www.brothersoft.com/weblin-85995.html
...or you could just google for any mp3 maker, or anything really. you really can't go wrong.
...also, you can always just rip music from other games and use that, or maybe just use popular music.
There are really a lot of choices when it comes to music, so good luck

A lot of people just use http://www.vgmusic.com. It's less effort than creating your own and less frowned-upon than ripping graphics.
If you want to create your own music, I use Winjammer, but it's no longer in production. I hear good things about Anvil Studio.
