Hero won't get damaged

When I go into battle I attack and damage the enemy, but the enemy can't damage me

Does the enemy have any attacks? Does the enemy have a Speed stat larger than 0?

Yes, the ememy has an attack and a spped stat that isnt null

Does the enemy never do an attack? Or does the enemy do the attack, but no damage is inflicted?
