Latest nightly not downloading properly...

Post by sheamkennedy »

I just tried to download the latest nightly (for Mac) like I usually would. Once downloaded I tried to open the .dmg and a window popped up saying the "image data is corrupted" thus it won't allow me to proceed. I figure it's best if I wait a day or so before attempting to download again but thought I should bring it to someones attention.

I think downloading works fine; the problem is that the nightly build machine is uploading lots of corrupt (truncated) files.

Actually, since the Windows and Mac nightly build machines are different, and they're both apparently having trouble uploading, it must be hamsterrepublic.com's host that's faulty.

Is the current Mac nightly OK?

Anyone wanting a working Windows nightly build can get one from here instead:
http://gilgamesh.hamsterrepublic.com/ni ... tx-sdl.zip (default backends)
http://gilgamesh.hamsterrepublic.com/ni ... 015-02-26/ (other backends)
It seems that Mac builds are missing from that directory.

Strange. I will check it out when I get a chance, but it might not be until sometime next week

I don't know if it's related, but I've been getting a lot of

Looks like that file got truncated as well! What madness!

The html version of the dictionary is currently fine though:
