"Wait!" cried Dan. "Where are you going? Where are the artifacts?"
Hearing about Lynda, Dan says, "Oh really?" and then vanishes.

Lynda watched as Dan approached. "You were the one that saw me in the library before," Dan said. "I bet you ate at the ghost dining room at the castle. Your friends have decided to leave that sword of yours with a dragon friend of mine and I in return have a sword and boots for you. Forget all that for now. Once I show you how to use all this, you'll have no need for swords." Dan said as he floated along the ground towards Lynda. "Now, let's see what you can do."

Kalar entered the dungeon. He came to the pillars that burned Rob, with no sign of the creature or his lost minions. When he got to the prison room he found that the 2 dead or dying prisoners would shredded. There was blood all over the room. Remains of what might have been his bloodhulk were scattered about. Kalar found that the door to the room where he found the wraith like creature was shut. Voulton, following behind Kalar, stopped in the prison, clearly more surprised and disturbed by the scene than Kalar.

Hearing Dan's protests, but not seeing his vanishing act, Voulton responds "They're in the wagon somewhere, feel free to poke around!"

Mouse scurried around in the empty spaces between the other party adventurers. He looked around for coins, pins, interestingly-shaped pebbles, and other small and shiny objects while nothing else seemed to be going on.

"Get ready."

Kalar orders one of his bloodhulks to open the door, or failing that, smash it down.

"Hold a second! Rob calls to Kalar. Let me cast a few spells first before you open that door."

Rob takes a quick moment to decide which spells he can get in place before the battle begins

"Right, this is what I will do. I'll cast Heroism on you, Kalar..."

Rob looks back over his shoulder to see if Voulton and Rachelle are following.

"I'll sing my song of Inspire Courage or the rest of us."

"Kalar, do you think this monster would be fooled by my Mirror Image spell? I can cast it on myself and stay close behind you and perhaps it will be distracted by my duplicates while you take it out."

(I am assuming that Stumpy would not fit comfortably through the entrance passage, and that Rob dismounted and left him behind when he followed Kalar)

Hrulgin, Stumpy, Bill, the Skeletons, Mouse, and Rachelle had hung back by the wagon as Voulton, Kalar, Rob, and the bloodhulks had gone down into the dungeons. The bloodhulks opened the door to find the pile of bodies, much the way Kalar had seen it before the undead thing lashed out. One of the bloodhulks began to move in before Kalar held it back so Rob could cast spells before the combat that was very likely to follow. The group could feel the familiar tingle of battle in the air as they stood in front of the open door.
Rachelle, not wanting to be stuck on guard duty, began to walk into the dungeon after the others. She looked back at the others to see if anyone was going to come with her.

Roll(1d4)+3:
4,+3
Total:7

Rob glances around and counts his 7 mirror images, crowding the hallway.

He will send them pushing ahead of him into the room, entering last. When he is inside the room, he will keep himself behind one of Kalar's Bloodhulks, while splaying the mirror images all over the room willy-nilly.

Rob continues the words to "Inspire Courage" (+2)

"...Hey-Ho, here we come you guys,
Next is when the monster dies!
We have got you all out-manned,
We are bravest in the land..."

Mirror Image says they all have to stay within 5 feet of me or another mirror image, but that they can merge/overlap with myself and each other. It does not say if they can overlap with my allies.

As soon as everyone is in position, Kalar will hold his holy symbol up before the pile of dead bodies and then attempt to bring the creature under his control.

When the others are done singing and praying, Voulton is going to throw cold iron at anyone who still looks angry.

Rachelle, seeing the others readying themselves for battle, rushes up to see what's going to come out of the door the party all seems to be next to.

...and then halts before getting right in front of the door in question. No point in rushing in if you don't know what you're going to be fighting, exactly, and doubly so if you know it's powerful enough to blow up undead trivially, judging by the carnage in the earlier rooms.

Kalar attempted to control the creature in the pile. He felt as though his attempt had failed.
Claws shot out of the pile into a nearby bloodhulk. Blood spurted out as the bloodhulk as the vile wright like creature's tendrils bore into the bloodhulk's chest. The creature then bit down in the the face of the bloodhulk. Blood covered the vile creature. The bloodhulk seemed grappled in place and heavily damaged.
The other two bloodhulks started smashing at the vile wright like creature. The pound on it, smashing large dents in it's hard body. Then another of the creatures appears from under the pile. A cold blast of dark energy shoots out of it's chest. The blast shoots right out the door, hitting Voulton would had not yet made it into the room because of the crowd. Rob's mirror images flailed in agony as if they were hit by the blast. Voulton, Kalar and one of the bloodhulk's suffered agony that was a little more real. Kalar and the bloodhulks suffered only partially from the chill of the blast, because of their undead nature. Voulton suffered only partiasl damage because he had managed to see the blast coming.
The beasts stood over their pile of bodies ready to keep fighting.

a bloodhulk takes 34 dmg and an extra 18 dmg due to it's fragile nature (52 total)
b bloodhulk takes 23 cold dmg

Voulton takes 23 cold/negative dmg
Kalar takes 23 cold dmg

a vile wright type creature takes 31 dmg

Since you can't even wiggle your fingers without hitting a bloodhulk, and since whatever the hell they're fighting doesn't seem to mind the crowd, Voulton decides to withdraw for the time being, until the area clears enough that he can throw something or come rushing in.

A ray of searing light tore into the vile wright that had a hold of one of Kalar's bloodhulk's. The vile wright seemed injured by the ray but not stopped. It ripped at the bloodhulk it had a hold of, splitting it down it's side. The other vile wright ripped at the bloodhulk in front of it. The bloodhulk was held in place and unable to fight back. The third bloodhulk bashed at the vile wright that had just tore into the first bloodhulk. Parts of the vile wright crumbled, it looked ready to fall, but pushed on.
Voulton waited for his chance to attack, as did Rob and Rachelle. Rachelle could see into the room now, as could Rob and Voulton. Kalar seemed like he might have things under control, so they figured they would give him the chance to deal with this on his own.
Then another vile wright crawled out of the pile of bodies.
Seeing that, Kalar gave a quick look towards the pile to try to judge how many more could be hidden under there. There was one more pile collection of bodies that could be concealing a vile wright, he estimated. The new vile wright slashed into the already held bloodhulk. This destroyed the held bloodhulk directed in front of Kalar.

Bloodhulk took 47 dmg and an extra 32 dmg due to it's fragile nature (79 total)

Bloodhulk took 42 dmg and 46 dmg and another 54 dmg due to it's fragile nature (142 total)
The bloodhulk fell.

The vile wright takes 19 dmg and 27 light dmg (46 dmg total)
