"Invisible? Oh, you don't understand your own power yet do you." states Dan. "I was between the ethereal plane and the material plane. I find it's easier to just stay there. I can do whatever I want and none of the crazy monsters in this kingdom mess with me when I'm there. Well, expect for..." Dan drifts off, lost in thought. "Nevermind. Anyways, I'm sure you all have lots of questions and we could sit here all day playing 20 questions. But that would be really boring to me. So, if you'll excuse me."
Dan disappears from all but Lynda's sight. He goes over, flips open a book on a table, and begins reading. Only the party seems to notice the book opening on it's own.

"Very well then."
Kalar turns to the others and says, "How about the rest of you? Do we have any further business here? Or are we heading off?"
Kalar doesn't particularly want to remain with the ghostly figure. The woman was a powerful enough magic user, and now with this other person that's two spellcasters who are probably far beyond what he and Tammy are capable of. For Kalar, staying here would be like remaining in a trap.

Voulton shrugs. Seems like as good a time as any to leave, most of the important stuff answered anyway. He tries to whisper to the rest "We'll have to watch out for that guy. Could be a real menace if he wants to be. Who knows how long he's been tailin us." He'll share his map with the party, indicating his desire to keep on their plan towards the town in the north they'd been going to before the ambush.

Kalar looks over the map with Voulton, agreeing that Vyones is the best place to head towards for now.
Seeing Moriamis with the potion, Kalar says, "Thank you for your assistance. Is there any way that we might repay your hospitality?" Kalar doesn't mention the robbery and how he feels that hospitality was the least Moriamis could have offered. But right now, he wants to get out of what he feels is a trap designed to ensnare them.

While Kalar talks to Moriamis, Tammytharn moves closer to Lynda and whispers in her ear; "You should let the invisible man take you to dinner! Don't ask him direct questions about our quest, just take an interest in his own story, and be as charming as possible!"
What Tammytharn does not mention is that, had she been asked, she would have gone out with the man in a heartbeat, even without the chance of information. Despite his pudgyness and lack of style, she finds him appealing, and he reminds her a little of her first boyfriend from Raoan clerical school back in Flan.

Moriamis smirks, "You could kill Azedarac." Moriamis chuckles as she says it. She turns around and waves her hand in a nonchalant fairwell. "Good luck breaking the curse. If you find any books or scrolls that seem interesting, be sure to bring them here." With that Moriamis walks off, back to her private quarters.
Meanwhile, Lynda thought about all the attention she had been getting. First the werewolves and now this ghostly fellow. Lynda thought of herself as a warrior. Warriors didn't have time for such things. Why couldn't everyone else see that? Maybe she wasn't acting tough enough; ruthless enough; bloodthirsty enough. Was that her though? Tammytharn's suggestion gave Lynda an opening. Maybe she could explore this different side of herself without revealing too much. Maybe she could still be a warrior, but she what it would be like to be a lady. She had always wanted to be a royal born lady. The feeling of being a high born she got from her fancy clothes and her expensive jewels was starting to fade away now. Lynda began to want more.
The party gathered up their things and gather in the library, getting ready to leave. While they wait for everyone, some of the party members read a few books. It's not long before the whole party is reading books.

Not wanting to stay there any longer, Kalar says, "I'll wait outside with the wagon. Hrulgin and I will start loading the supplies up and getting things ready. Meet me there when you're done here."
With that, Kalar (clumsily) gets onto his war pony and makes for the wagon. He has Hrulgin and the pony carry/drag all the supplies he bought towards the wagon where he will set things up.
He puts all of the potions and scrolls into the chest he bought. The lock goes onto it next, to prevent thievery from any would-be bandits that might ambush them. He'll hang onto the key for now, but he'll give it to Tammy later.
He looks around, trying to get an idea of where they are.
"Hrulgin, could you scout around and get an idea of the surroundings? I'd rather we didn't get ambushed. And keep an eye out for any rivers or lakes. Might be a good idea to get these barrels filled up with water."

"Do it!" Whispers Tammytharn to Lynda, "We will wait in the Wagon for you"
Then Tammytharn casts one last look of longing towards the place where Dan vanished, and then she leaves hurriedly.
Rather than going directly to the wagon, she stops by the Wizard who had been unwilling to part with his Permanence spell, and asks him if she could pay him to cast Identify on the strange potion she picked up the previous night.
Regardless of the outcome, she will meet Kalar at the wagon when she is done.

"Wait! WAIT!" cried Franco. He had been reading near the door, seemingly since the party had arrived. "You'll got lost in the caves if I don't show you the way out," he told Kalar. "If you're ready to leave, I can show you out. Is it going to be just you or should we wait for your friends?" Kalar looks around. He spots Voulton and watches as he gets a robed man to mark the map. Kalar nods his approval of the half giants actions.
Meanwhile Tammytharn gives Lynda one more push towards Dan before heading off to other business. She finds the old robed man and asks him to identify the vial she bought. He looks up at the vial and then goes back to reading. "I've already tried to identify that. It seems to be beyond that spell. All of our probes have failed to tell us much about it and no one was willing to drink or even touch the liquid inside," the old robed man tells Tammytharn. "Good Luck in your trials with it. Let me know how it turns out if you're able." With that, Tamytharn rushes to join everyone at the entrance. Lynda is still confused about what to do. She decides to let everyone wanting to leave to give her an excuse to not have dinner with Dan and averts her eyes when Tammytharn gives her a questioning look.
Franco leads the group out of the cavern and back to where their horses and wagon are. The party is happy to see that their wagon and horses remain just as they left them. It was dark out and Kalar, though no longer a werewolf, instinctively looked to the moon. That can't be right, he thought. When they entered the cavern, the moon had been a waxing quarter. Now the moon was a waning crescent. Had they really spent this much time in there. Nothing he had read pointed to the phases of the moon being any different here and he hadn't noticed anything different in the days they had been here before the library. Kalar thinks about how lucky they were to have escaped such a crazy place.

"WELL, we are going to continue to Vyones, I suppose?" asks Tammytharn.
When Kalar draws her attention to the Moon, she wonders "Since there seems to be so much time-magic going on in this land, it would be nice if we had a way to gage the passage of time. Tomorrow morning I am going to prepare a Sending spell, and I will ask Galse how many days have passed since we left him, from his point of view, and we can see if it matches our own perceptions."
(Assuming that Galse is an NPC now, and the DM can answer on his behalf instead of Giz)
