If that is going to be a hero sprite, I like the dynamic one. It's a shame the OHR doesn't allow animation of hero sprites; I'd love to see that one in motion.
Idling animation would be sweet

Started using The OHRRPGCE about 2/3 weeks ago with no background in anything like it before. I'm loving it as an experience. Thought I'd post some stills of the game I'm creating. There will be a 1 and a half to 2 hour game demo posted in games in around a week I imagine. Would LOVE feedback!

The spirtes look really cool! I love that style.
The graphics all do look really good.

What kind of game will this be? A typical fantasy rpg, ii guess?

Thank you!

Yeah, kept it simple for the format, as it's my first game I thought I'd stick to what I know best. I think if the plots good and the drawings are believable then it's the little details that will make it fun to play.

Thank's man, 9 tiles a piece! lots of pixel counting to make everything line up! still, really need to practice shadowing! The effort just seems a bit wasted without it.

I've been using the OHR for a couple years now, and enjoyed the games people have made and even learned a little plotscripting, but I've never made anything worth note. Tell me what you think of these. I have a few ideas for what this game might be, but I'm not sure. I might make a game out of these.

@dantedynamite: Whoa! I really like this style. You seem to have a good idea of what you're doing graphics-wise. I especially like your heroes, they seem to have nice natural fluid looking poses.

I guess it comes down to what your game idea is about. Is there any basic story stuff you can share too?

Yes, actually, but I only noticed after the fact. xD

Storywise, I'm still trying to decide what it should be about. Like, I have ideas for gameplay and lore, but I'm just focusing on art right now.

I really appreciate the input, you guys are the best.
