Meow, your picture looks like 2 eyeless snakes coming from behind a filing cabinet drawer with boobs in their mouth.
Honestly, it should be hidden behind a spoiler and marked NSFW.

Now Georgia O'Keeffe's profile pic. There's some serious vaginal undertones.

Now that you point it out I can totally see not only vaginal undertones but some other sexual undertones as well. Maybe this is pushing it but you're fighting over a chest (breasts?) in order to obtain some sort of reward (pleasure?)...

But in all seriousness don't let that stop you. It is a good design and its not like it hasn't happened before in much more blatant ways:

Guilty as charged. I couldn't resist an opportunity for a Georgia O'keeffe joke :)

Although I really should have done it with a quote instead of a sock-puppet account

Flowers are plant sex organs. Won't somebody think of the children?

The snake things look gross to me, but not vaginal. And I have a dirty mind that really likes looking for vaginas. The one on the right looks more to me like it has a boob inside of its mouth.

Here is a time-lapse of creating some new monster sprites for Crypt of Baconthulhu (these aren't in the released version, I am going to do one more update again before the end of the month)

<object width="560" height="315"><param name="movie" value="//www.youtube.com/v/Te933OZVx-Y?hl=en_US& ... ram><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="//www.youtube.com/v/Te933OZVx-Y?hl=en_US&version=3&rel=0" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="560" height="315" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object>

And yes, I am fully aware of the irony that Georgia Okeeffe might have some comments about a few frames of my own sprites in this :P

Just stopping in to say that Baconthulhu is AWESOME, and I wouldn't mind seeing a wider selection of items and monsters in it!

After watching some inspiring videos I decided to go for a much more minimal graphical style. It's taking me way less time to draw maptiles now and I think it's surprisingly better looking than what I was doing prior to this. Thoughts?

That is quite nice! It looks rather cubist!

Agreed, that looks pretty spiffy! I particularly like how despite the simple, flat colors, there's really a feeling of depth and space to the levels.
