I've posted a new update of Hinterlands: Pilgrimage (alpha). Graphics have been upgraded, skill lists have been streamlined, and minor bugs have been fixed.

I've got fond memories of the tileset I drew for my Noodnik sprite pack a few years ago, which I then used in Weegee and Karrible. I decided to do a better version of that tileset basically - rather than one multicolor tileset, just a whole lot of shapes in the same color. I will then make copies of this tileset in other colors, and use layering if I want a map of more colors than black+1.

Remeber: God made you special and he loves you very much. Bye!
WOW
What?? These are crazy beautiful. That color choice with the lack of hard outlines is compelling. And the general shape of everything is so interesting and dynamic. Nothing here looks boring, even the rock formations look intriguing.
Can't wait to see them in context!

[thanks]
They [and all the other sprites I do in this style] fit into a 16-color palette; it probably helps that there's at most 3 color ramps per sprite, and those typically feed into one another at their bases. The color restrictions are a bit more obvious when more color ramps are needed for the design, though.

- You can see the color limits a bit more here, as the tail feathers have to share some colors at the base to not look wonky, and because of the RGB arrangement/color intensity having the palettes come down would be somewhat difficult. I could probably go b

Hello again! Haven't posted here in ages hehe
I made some tiny projects in the OHRRPGCE in my absence, including a small venture into 3D-Prerendered Graphics akin to games like FinFin or L.O.L.-Lack of Love, gameplay-wise more like the latter.
Here's a video of what I've done so far!: https://youtu.be/umoRj9_MEMc
Also, splendid's game is looking amazing as usual, can't wait to try it out!
