Looking good, FnrrfYgmSchnish. Having a nice wrap up as the end of demo would be nice, but considering the demo ending points some games have had in the past, the one you're describing should be completely acceptable.

I've just uploaded a new version of Universal Wars. I've improved some aspects such as higher Speed stats at the start so the first battle isn't dragged on as long as well as other stat changes to pre-existing enemies, and some new treasure chests in the first random encounter area and redecorated grass. I've also added the World Map and a new dungeon, originally for the One Dungeon contest, although I've only now just found out that got cancelled. Of course, this means new music and story content for this demo.

That contest wasn't canceled. It was turned into a sub category of the HotOHR. Meaning you can still win it, and still get prizes.
Since then, some other sub categories popped up too.

I'll have a demo up this week. The whole game is far from done.

You'll notice that the page for 2012 hasn't been touched since Day 1. I don't really edit wikis, so hopefully someone will take charge of listing the current games and locations as they're made available, according to the format created for the 2010 contest.

mjohnson092088 made a feature request, so Final Dragon Legacy was indeed a contest entry. (Re-release, I think? I am not sure)
