A reference to a little game called "Surf's Up Yuk." The Angry Monkey in that game didn't have a name beyond that. Pretty much every game I've ever made belongs in the universe created in this one.

@ New-Gen - Yes, I am the artist formerly known as vampiducki. Heh. I've been really busy with live/work lately so all I've really had time for is music. I WILL have a working demo of my game in the near future however.

I've been working on music for a lot of projects recently, namely Galya: Legend of Hell Castle by KF Harlock, Triangle's Mediocre adventure by RMZ, and Ruin by Meatball Sub. Speaking of which, I'm here to hype Meatball's game today! Here's a Ragtimey track from his game. Just finished recording it today. Enjoy!

Ravenloft: The End of Knight's Age

This is the first OHR game in Hungarian language EVER. Maybe I will do the English translation later, but it is not so easy due to the sophisticated, archaic and literary language. The story is about a knight who gets mercy in the land of horror, Ravenloft, and can escape to the Earth, the eastern part of Hungary, called Dark (or Dull) Szabolcs, which is the most high and dry part of the country. He is considered to be mad immediately, and taken to the psycihatry, and labelled to be schizophrenic. He gets injections, is taken to the mental hospital by violence, gets drugs, electroconvulsive therapy, and is taken under guardianship. But at the end he will hopefully take vengeance, and kill the psychiatrists, and the other staff with his sword. The game is written in an antipsychatric point of view. At this moment I have only an intro publicly (but I've made some further progress), but it is only in Hungarian yet. When I will have time, I will do some translation. It displays many texts, as an adventure game, with RPG elements. I consider it a piece of interactive fiction, the weak graphics is just unsubstantial.

I could make a terrible translation by using some online translator. Maybe.

If I did something like that, though, I'd mess with the story far too much for it to be anything other than a rescripted version of the original story, even if it made no sense.

Is the game done? Despite me not speaking a dribble of hungarian, I may give the game a shot.

I really like seeing non-English OHR games.

Talk about niche of niche! It's totally awesome, though. Good luck.

No, the game is not done yet. I will notify you when it is ready. Maybe I'll try to translate it, but it's so hard due to the complicated language.

Thank you for the good wishes!

Hyping the new Mr. Triangle game by RMZ this time. Some music for one of the final areas of the game. I'm excited to play it when it's all finished. Hope all you slimes enjoy the tunes! ~SP

Nice track!

Roboman, did you have any problems with using the OHR for a game in Hungarian?

Negative. That project is on hiatus at the moment as I just don't have the desire to keep working on it. I'll get back to it eventually, but for now I need something fun to work on.

Working on a complete overhaul of Scare Spree with Mogri and Vampiducki. The plan is to completely revamp all graphics, beef up the music and add a few more features to make it a more memorable casual game. The goal is to get it ready in the next few weeks to go up live on the google store.

Gradually filling out the neighborhood bit by bit before adding in the Halloween decorations. Even without the Halloween stuff it's looking to be pretty autumn-esque.

Post by EVOS Creations »

Hey all! Sajim here. Just wanted to share with everyone that production on Stenmele Osmium is continuing...if anyone was around 6 years ago to remember our last release, DEMO v.3, in 2007.

EVOS: Welcome back! I am happy to see you working on Stenmele Osmium again! :)

RMZ: Those tiles look good! I think the trees look a little too flat. I can see that you are going for a flat unshaded look, and it works, so I am not suggesting trying to do realistic shading on the threes, since a tree is such a depthy thing, how would it look with just a little shading, especially around where the branches connect to the trunk and to each other?
