Have I already rambled about the amber thing? It's like Jurassic Park, a mosquito frozen in sap (Holy slime that sounds like Levistus). Why would a good king who is about to be assassinated curse his entire Kingdom? He didn't! He protected them! The curse keeps the people who killed him from attaining any real power, while allowing his peasants to live out their lives in peace. What tortures Levistus is a paradise for them, though presumably the King did a deal with something pretty dark to get this cushy planar set up. And the guys helping the adventurers break the curse? The ones who'll fight to the death over the Kingdom once history resumes and things are back to normal.. though I suppose their being immortal is kind of a bummer. Maybe an eternal punishment?
Also I'm mostly back! I'm downloading MGSV which means my internet is even slower than usual, but my vacation is over and I'll start working on some different character possibilities soon.

I went back through the thread, and Rob has read the Enchiridion of Kurda on five different days, the last night in the Inn at Moulins being the 5th.
When Rob finishes, and learns the Teleport Spell, does he add it to his spell list as a Bard Level 5 spell? or does he gain a single daily Wizard/Sorceror Level 5 spell slot separate from his Bard spells
(and out of curiosity, would this book even work at all if read by a non-spellcasting class?)

More book questions!
What was the name of the book that Rachelle read to learn the armor and weapon skills?
Was the book that Kalar was reading with the undead spells the "The Undead Book of Durin"?
Was the book about Vampiric spells that Hruglin was reading "The Fell Articles of Banor?" Does he still have it? (and will we ever see him again?)
Which book was Voulton reading? I know he was reading one, but couldn't find the post that mentioned which, or what he was learning from it. Did he take it with him?

Well, you don't know yet what the book will do. but...
Yes, it will grant teleport as a single use per day (or more)
It would have also worked for a non-caster.
"The Undead Book of Durin" is what kalar was/is reading.
Given how the books have been handled. I am ok with all the books still being in the chest. You've all been semi tidy with them.
As far as seeing Hrulgin again, I can't say for sure. What I posted about him in the spoiler is more than your characters even know. That said, it's also through the actions of your characters that may or may not reunite Kalar and Hrulgin.

This Psionic Focus stuff is the reason I never play spellcasters. I feel like I gotta write down all the DCs and conditions, and then I'm afraid people'll think I'm playing Lawyers and Legalities, and the whole thing makes me terribly terribly insecure.
EDIT:
Speaking of Lawyers and Legalities, I forgot to choose any languages! I knew I was forgetting something. According to my int score and race, I'd speak Common + 3 other languages. Would Draconic, Goblin and Abyssal be okay?
