Review: Space InvadeOHRs

Space InvadeOHRs is basically a clone of the old space invaders game. However, it lacks some thing the ancient game has ( Highscores, blackades, bonus UFOs, etc..). The selling point of this game is that it was made on an engine that shouldn't be able to do this and weeks before the release of this ...

I have already put the plan to put save points right before bosses into affect. Also, I figured out how to fix the ceiling clipping. However, the sensitivity of the controls will remain unchanged. I believe that lowering this would likely make some areas of the game that are suppost to be hard a lot...

hmmm, well the thing is, I've had a lot of spell ideas suggested but I sort of had to limit them at a point. There's 6 in the game. Sure there could easily be more, but either they would change the challenge of the game, or , like the one you suggested and some others like it (like a high jump spell...

glad you like it. As for game flaws, I'm planning to release an update sometime soon addressing all of these. game flaws so far. [s]ceiling clipping more mana more save spots less "boss 1" hp ( maybe 15 ) being safe when standing on "certain spots" in the wasp queen lair[/s] [s]...

I'd have to agree with that because the test post i did had about 20 pgs worth of text and it still gave me 20.

also, what is it that gives you hp and or mp when posting?

hmm it didn't really work. never mind

I was just wondering what would happen if I made a huge spam filled reply and then edited it down to size. It didn't really give me a crazy amount of bucks like i though it might. Well thats good.

Sorry again for all the trouble

With apologies to FORTIS. (I'm really sorry)

I was sifting through people's profiles trying to judge what would be a good arena battle, when i thought i would be funny to try and donate my negative slimebucks to someone. I REALLY REALLY REALLY didn't think it would work (mostly because I already tryed once) However, It worked this time for som...

You can fix the ceiling clipping without rewriting your script at all if you reduce the walls only to what's strictly necessary (e.g. a ceiling tile should only have the south wall, not the west or east walls). But it's usually more of an annoyance than an actual problem, and it would probably be a...

I made it to the first boss and I hate him. I have Haste and Lightning Bolt. Am I missing a spell? It's nearly impossible to get in a hit without being hit back. He'd be reasonable at 10 HP, but at 20, he's just frustrating. I'd be okay with him if I didn't have to wander through the three precedin...
