I'm a little confused about how the "gimmick" thing works. Is everyone picking their own gimmick and committing to it, or are we nominating gimmicks and one is going to be chosen that we will all have to commit to? Or are we choosing one from a list of gimmicks? Gimmicks will be voted on ...
