I fiddle with the blue lever, then type the names of as many dances as I can remember into the console.
[2-step, tango, safety... er, that's sadly the entirety of what I can bring up right now! Huh.]

Can't you just use an attack that sets the stat in question to 100% of the maximum? If you want to get really fancy, you can do a blank attack which chains to the actual resetting spell only if the stat in question is above or below the norm (like SMT does with its two stat resetting spells). ...on ...

For the first thing, I think this is what you're looking for (unless you already have it, in which case... just stick to exponents of 2?) For the third thing, it's grey if you want the grass to change with biomes. It's green (or whatever you want it to be) if you just want your grass and leaves to s...

If you really wanted to, you could also do the inverse - that is, have an increased random encounter rate when you're below the intended level range for an area. But honestly, that'd be kinda cruel, and almost a waste of your time and the player's [especially if they're trying to low-level things, o...

Jesus, that looks absolutely amazing.
Kinda makes what I made look rather tame in comparison:

I use GraphicsGale; I made a blank base thing that used the default OHR palette and just draw stuff from that. It works rather well, although it does take a really long time to make decent-looking stuff.

Eh, I redid the first sprite and touched up the second a bit. Not showing them here now though.

What I am going to show here now, though, is this:

Man, I really like the way you did the bottom guy. His poses and whatnot are just awesome. The legs on the first one seem a bit wonky and I have my reservations about the shading you did for the second guy's robe, but the walkabouts for them are rock-solid. ...speaking of iffy stuff, I'm waffling ba...

You know, I really feel that you're not using the palette you made to its fullest potential. You're doing a simplistic style - nothing wrong with that - but it just feels like it's really overcast and subdued (which actually works really well if that's what you're going for, though), so you might wa...

Actually, yes! Sadly if you want to be able to go behind the stairs you're out of luck right now; however, I kinda want to have that functionality as well so I'll see if I can do stuff to make that sort of stuff possible. Hope this helps! [Note: you'll want to set up the zones as follows: 1: Like s...

Aside from zones and the terrific new element system, I'm just happy that there's an enemy death animation that's much more feasible when feigning NES restrictions.
