You know what.... you're right. I've had it wrong for a while now. I double checked it in the players handbook and it does say you can take a 5ft step during a full attack action. The feat I was thinking of actually lets take ANOTHER 5ft step during your attack. So.... I'm just going to go fix that....

It really matters where it was held.

Everything seems to work fine up until the phoenix down is actually used. Then it just seems to have no effect.
