Guys, don't focus so much on plot. It's really killing the process. In order to effectively do a colab, we'd each need to take a part of the game and do it. Someone for graphics, someone for writing, someone for mapping, someone for stats/items/etc., someone for general scripting(when needed), someo...

The surviving blue garbed men zoom away in their constructs, but the noise and lights of their constructs and be followed by the two larger party members (and Liev). They seem to stop at a large building near the other side of town.

Hmm, yes, the situation in game is getting a bit out of hand, honestly a character from the modern era that could speak common for some reason would really help everything. If not, I've kind of been planning for you guys to just start fighting the military and present you with various things that ma...

Well, yes and no. I would never stop any member of a D&D group from joining in on any game. However, the party is in a weird place right now and introducing you to the party would be a bit shaky at best. UNLESS, you wanted to make a modern age character. You'd get normal stats and everything, bu...

Has anyone ever tried having a couple monsters spawn after death of a certain monster, who then die due to low hp and then spawn another monster, each one giving max xp. to dull out more xp then normally possible?

Vire's 2 scorching rays take down 2 men, and Firido rushes in and kills another. The remaining 3 men all hop back in their constructs, yelling into small metal boxes, We need military support. Send in everything! We have 5 extremely dangerous targets of unknown origins. Take them out! ...and begin t...

I disagree with making a new table completely because that wouldn't be backwards compatible with a lot of older games. That goes for lowering the amount of exp required too. I'd agree with increasing the max amount of xp rewarded, but I'm pretty sure that number is a built in max for the programming...

'twil be my HotOHR2 request. ...or maybe my 48hr game contest request, who knows. On the subject of the thread, it seems like there's 2 main points. Making Random Encounters less annoying, and making grinding harder/impossible to do. A solution to both of them would be to simply not do random encoun...

I kinda like the idea of Nightcrawler using his claws to fight. Nightcrawler doesn't really have claws. I believe Rogue is his sister? I think that was only in the Fox Kids Show. But, She wasn't Rogue's real mother, she just raised rogue from a very young age, teaching her to be part of her group o...

I didn't realize Ludum Dare had no prizes. Even so, I'm not sure if I'll have August 19th-22nd off work, which I'd kind of need in order to compete.

I'm willing and gearing to do this though.
