Hrulgin quickly looks around. Everything seems rotten and old. However, behind the throne, in an unlocked open case sits the Amber Family crown jewels. A little label marks them as such.

But nothing happens. The skeletons don't move. Only the skeleton following the party seems partially affected. "Do not do that," it says. It does not seem to have been commanded or rebuked.

Galse had followed the skeleton as it left the room. He secured the door intot he lab with Thistlewhistle and Rachelle's statue as he left. Thankfully, the skeleton didn't seem to be in a hurry to wander around. It didn't take long for the skeleton to climb up the ladder directly towards the others...

Tammytharn and Lynda seemed pretty jaded at this point. They had followed Kalar to this room to rest but the loss of Gontort and potential loss of Rachelle still weighed heavily on them.
