What error are you getting?

The indentation on lines 2 and 3 leads me to believe there was supposed to be a ) after line 3, but that might just be your formatting.

For making OHR games: Notepad++ - Once you get used to it you will be using this constantly. So much better than regular notepad for coding; works great with HSpeak. Foobar2000 - Great open-source music player, loads much faster than any other option, and can be DLL'd to help with midis and OGGs. Au...

Send any last-minute votes to me ASAP; I am wrapping this up. Whether or not the list is full enough remains to be seen.

I just saw The Princess and the Frog . It stands up with the best 90s Disney films, as far as I'm concerned (Then again, I also loved Brother Bear, Meet the Robinsons, Enchanted, and Bolt). Every criticism about how it's "afraid to tackle the issue of race" is retarded. I love how people w...

I'm surprised no one has started talking about JSH's feature yet. While I don't know if I disagree with his assessment for the community as a whole, I do find myself to be a basic counter-example. I never, or only very rarely, think about the community when I work on my games, and I never pay atten...

I didn't like Embryonic . Their older music (80s, early 90s) did the same kind of experimental deal better, and now I feel like they're just wanking around to build up some of the indie hype they lost when they went pop. Uh, sorry to be a downer. I guess if you really like Neu! you might like the al...

Last-minute 2009 Recommendations

I'm in that year-end state where I start panicking about potentially having missed something incredible that came out during the year. Anyone else experience this? Probably not, but I think we could all do with some looking back and discussing. It's been a rough year in lots of respects for many of ...

This game rocks. The only thing I really want is the ability to fastforward and a few other things mentioned here. Not much to say about it otherwise; probably the best puzzle game on the OHR.

Unless I get about 8 more votes in the next day, this will likely be delayed until December's issue.

On that note, this means there's plenty of extra time to narrow it down, voters. If you already voted, you can resubmit your choices.

The new deadline will be CHRISTMAS

So far I have 5 votes.

We might need to delay this another issue?

I am actually writing a Sleepover "review" now.

That is all doable, but you will have to script it yourself. The engine's built-n features are geared more toward making RPGs.
