The main issue is their evasion. A Quack! followed by a flamethrower should have taken the wolves out, but I never hit them. It took me many, many OHR games to understand how Accuracy and Evasion work. Heck, nowadays I just leave it out entirely; the formula is just too stupid and complex to rely on...
