CT is the number determining when your units get turns. It resets to 0 after you take a full turn (a little higher if you don't Move and Act, I believe) and fills up each clock tick based on your Speed value, possibly modified by the Haste and Slow statuses. Yeah that is usually how it goes. Even with the current restrictions it is pretty crazy (Full screen Holy if you have a Priest with Math Skill).

The move stat is exact. You can gauge your movement range from it. Terrain does inhibit it, but I am pretty sure Teleport ignores terrain.

Baconlabs: I wasn't sure what you meant by "Mid Tier" equipment. It might have been better to specify "stuff you'd realistically have up until X point in the game," heh.

Anothe possible bug?

27: Edge (C) uses Hell Ivy on M17. Zoroaster (G) takes 100 damage. Zoroaster (G) is stopped.
28: Stop has faded from Zoroaster (G)
