Currently entertaining the thought of making a late '80s-early '90s war against drug campaign game called Just Say No Densetsu.

I'll probably do something like a Cheetahmen clone or a barely playable Zelda clone.

Just beat this and, except for grinding for tier 4 gatcha monsters for 1-2 hours straight, thoroughly enjoyed it. The Vampire is hilariously OP and pretty much soloed the final bosses.

Making a really crappy game sounds like something that's within my capabilities, also I totally love this idea. I'd be on board.

Thanks James. And even if it's not finished, I've played it many times over the past 18 years and had fun each time I did. The Adlib version of FAUST.BAM has been permanently etched into my memory.

On second thought, I'm going to pass on this, and work on any projects in the near future at my own pace and on my own time. I've already consistently failed at producing anything finished for every contest thing in the past 2-3 years and it's honestly making the whole feeling of failure and not get...

I'd definitely post more, because I'd be working with Hamsterspeak a lot and I'm always getting tripped up on it.

I love you guys! :D
We're not biased, we swear!

Seriously though, Void Pyramid is a quality game that I'd recommend to anyone who likes a challenge.

I played the additional content without even knowing it was added I think... earlier this year, maybe late last year. Steam auto updates are sneaky like that. If you've added even more stuff more recently, let me know and I'll check it out. I enjoyed it, it made the game seem like more of a complete...

Man what? I'd personally be thrilled to see old, old embarrassingly-bad-yet-charming OHR games in an easily playable collection, with the caveat that attempts would be made to inform the original author and ask their permission, especially if they put their RL name all over it. I mean, making a game...

I'm too much of a wreck to play through and score games right now. But I'll still be giving prizes (Steam or Amazon gift cards) for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place entries.

Same here. I just started night classes 4 days before the end of the contest so doing any sort of 11th hour push over the weekend was not going to happen, I was just too exhausted. But I did get the movement/jumping working and already wrote the battle system (just need to test it). So now I just ne...

Alright, I think I've worked out most of the bugs. Now like 3 days later I'm right back to where I was last Friday, except now the scripts work with more than just singular hardcoded cases. Here's a ZIP of a simple loop of one half of the main gameplay mechanic, which is rhythmic button presses to d...
