Wait ticks freeze the main loop

I'm having some difficulty getting the scrolling scripts to work properly. It mostly works, but whenever I walk to a different screen and then immediately walk back to the previous screen, it doesn't trigger the script and basically breaks the game. Whoops, I didn't know the Dismiss item wasn't a built-in part of the engine. I thought it went hand in hand with Team. By the way, I seem to have discovered an engine bug while playing with Gatcha tickets.
