I withdraw my games for consideration until I have a version online that I'm happy to promote.

(Plus: Neither Entrepreneur: The Beginning nor Tightfloss Maiden has a file attached at the moment thanks to some serious bugfixing that I'm working on. But both will be back online here soon.)

Personally, I'm of the mind of "What does it matter if they walk through walls?" Nothing about caterpillar parties or parties in general are particularly realistic, so you may as well do with them whatever your vision demands. Of all the flaws that Legacy has, I thought the party members w...

In regards to Pepsi's request number 5, I'm honestly not sure what aspects of this can not be done with NPC's and/or slices. All of it can be done with NPCs and slices. The global variables just makes it more efficient and easier to track. As I said, it would require discussion and possible controv...

Improvements I'd like to see to the map editor include things that are probably unreasonable, but much more user-friendly: 1. More layers. Some of my maps really could use more than 8 layers. Anyone who would want to make a "3D" map design that would include isometric-looking landscapes wo...

Master K, I had a hard time giving you that achievement because in my heart I know that I deserve that very same award for every game I've ever made, and though players don't generally like that kind of thing, I have a soft spot for it, and I don't want to admit that it's a risky design decision tha...

Scores are compiled and the official results feature will be released soon. I just have to add in the "Audience Consensus" segment to each game before I can call it a wrap. If you've agreed to host a prize, please review the prize section on Page 1 of this thread to see what you're offerin...

Hey guys, I should have time tomorrow to start working on compiling the scores. Normally I'd send the results to the Wobbler and have him post the results in the upcoming issue of HamsterSpeak , but obviously that's not an option this time. My option now is to send it to TheCube for his blogging sit...

Hey guys, two things. At the end of this post I have a message about voting, so if you get tired of reading what follows here, at least scroll down to the last paragraph and read the important contest business matter I've addressed before moving on. But for now I wanted to briefly talk about one of ...

Auuugh I missed the deadline. Well, in case you're still compiling, here are my scores for posterity (for the few games I played) I don't expect to start putting the scores together until Sunday, so you should have time to sneak in additional votes if you feel compelled to edge your way to completi...

Playing through Super Penguin Chef: I'm pretty certain the scoring bug that was highlighted in the screenshot a few posts above has to do with reversed variable displays. "Team Penguin" is reporting the combined score for "Team Food" and vice versa. Having said that, I really lik...

I see that most of you are voting now, and that's great. Just a reminder to those who still want to vote but haven't yet, this is the final week to get them in. The deadline for voting is officially on the 15th (Tuesday), but it's unlikely I'll get around to compiling them until Saturday or Sunday, ...

Okay, I actually haven't had a chance to play more than two of them myself yet, so we'll extend the voting period to January 15th. I will close it regardless of voter turnout on that date , so play what you can and start tallying your scores as you go. I'll average whatever is posted or PM'ed to me...

I love how ridiculous these enemies can get. Do I see magnet enemies? I do hope you finally finish it this year. I was hoping to complete the review series while HamsterSpeak was still around, but at any rate I'm looking forward to seeing how this crazy tale finally ends. The maps remind me a little...
