"Very well."

Kalar takes one of the scrolls and activates it, bringing the man back. After he does so, he keeps his hands over the wounds, chanting and sending divine energy into him.

"Very well, hand them over, I can make use of them. We will have to slay him first though, and then bring him back for such to work. However, I would rather not resort to such means if anyone else has some other method to negate whatever this is that's affecting him?"

Kalar looks over Azderac's wounds, running his hands over the afflicted areas and examining him further while muttering a few words to himself. He then turns to the two dragons and says:

"The two of you have powerful magic at your command, is there anything you can do for this one?"

Kalar wouldn't have wasted his spell if it was "either a magical disease or worse yet, a curse" as that would have meant it was not a poison he could treat.

"It could be done, but let's see if we can do something else first." Kalar checks to see if the man is alive first. He'll also use his medical skill to see what sort of poison, if any, the man is being affected by. If Azderac is alive, and Kalar determines it's poison that he can treat, h...

Kalar acts quickly and uses the remaining charge on his boots to teleport to where Azderac is. Once there, he grabs the man and flies up, preventing him from falling to his doom. Hopefully, he yet lives or can be revived. However, should he be dead, Kalar feels that the man can still serve some pur...

Kalar hangs back for now, the others can finish the creature off. While they do, he keeps an eye out for any other potential surprises while making sure to keep himself well-defended.

Using Total Defense (+4 Dodge bonus to AC), current AC is 28.

I am tempted to zombify the unicorn. But I am fairly certain everyone would kill me if I tried, heh.

Mostly lots of noise-making, pyromania, and the sort, as is traditional over here.

Kalar focuses on his holy symbol, then unleashes it in a burst at the manticore and the rider, bathing them both in divine light. He then calls out to his undead, ordering them to all hurl their missiles at ones he illuminated. He also calls out to the Jims to start healing all of the other undead....

Kalar flails against the bugs, then activates his boots and teleports behind both the swarm and the manticore. From there, he readies his blade to strike should the need arise.

Ah, right. The caster would know if they're not outsiders though, because of the lenses he's got. If they weren't, he wouldn't have cast the spell.

Did Kalar's spell fail because they succeeded their throw? Or because neither was an outsider?

The action I posted is only if Kalar sees either of the creatures as outsiders, which he should be able to do as a constant effect with his Lenses of Revelation. If Kalar does not see them as outsiders, then I'll change the post.

Kalar glares at the creature, but holds back, waiting for it to come closer before attempting to strike. However, he does hold onto his holy symbol, focusing divine energy through it. In Infernal: Hold, I demand parley, identify yourself. Divine Disciple ability used: Telepathically communicating w...
