And thus did Urist cause development of the game to stall for a month or so, heh.

But in all seriousness, looking pretty spiffy there.

The OHR Beginner's Scripting Guide Part I — Introduction Like my color guide, this guide is not meant to show or teach any specific techniques. Rather, it's aimed at complete beginners who are only just starting up with scripting. It'll introduce basic concepts, common terms, and various theories t...

The Location v0.8

Welcome to Team Feemr's Random Collab 2014 entry. As of now, the game is still rather buggy. It's possible to get to the final area, but it's rather hard just to get there. http://i1171.photobucket.com/albums/r552/ld2i/Slime%20Salad/2014%20Random%20Collab%20Contest/screenshot01_zpsed203fc9.png http:...

But, does any one person have the time to create an entire generic set of graphics so that new members can learn how to use the program faster? Well, there's me for one. I've made a bunch of generic tilesets and stuff available, along with a sprite maker (of sorts) that can be used to make a whole ...

While I'm not against the idea of a starterkit (and I think it might be a good-ish idea) I'm with Giz that Bob and company are a bit too iconic to be used as generic characters for an rpg. Sure, other people who have never heard of Wandering Hamster won't really know him as being iconic, but for any...

Unless.... this whole thing is a clever ruse and he and Momoka are working feverishly while your guard is down
Heh, yeah. That's what I think is really going on. Unless it's not... Or are they? Gah! Confusion! :gonk:

Doesn't Custom recover the file for you pretty much automatically if something like that happens?

Day 2

Team Pheomr is doing well thus far. Graphics have been drawn, sprites have been made, tilesets have been pixel-ed.

The random generator for maps is chugging along nicely. Speed is a bit of an issue, but it'll probably be ironed out soon enough.

No screenshots just yet though.

Cyclops step-by-step guide

So I said I might make this. Turns out that I did actually go and make it. Again, I am by no means an expert at pixel art, so I've prolly made quite a few mistakes here and there's definitely room for improvement. Still, I like to think I've come quite a long way from my older art (as evidenced in t...
