With his original plan failed, Kalar changes tactics. He <a href="http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/obscuringMist.htm">wills a thick mist</a> into place around him. He then reaches into the pouch on his belt, retrieves a handful of caltrops, and tosses them to the space in front of him.
