How reflective is the silvery stuff? Like, mirror silver shiny? Or old silverware shiny?

And at casual glance, does he look obviously undead through the silvery stuff? Or is the silvery stuff enough to mask his being undead at first glance?

I don't think Rachelle can see Kalar yet, he's still a few hours away. And all silvery parts are still covered, so he's not yet visibly different other than looking recently dead I guess.
