I'm officially out of the runnings guys. I hate to do it, but there's no possible way I'll be done in time. On the other hand, my life is in much better shape now, so I'm thankful for that. I just can't pack everything I want to into the game in two weeks. If I would have started working on it from ...

The game you have named on there called "Mr.Triangle's Maze Madness" is actually "Mr.Triangle's Maze". The original is in the bundle pack I put on Slime Salad. Meant to say this when I first saw it a week or two ago. Could you please fix? Will do. Thanks for the info. If you can...

OHRRPGCE Voice Chat!

There is a dedicated Mumble server up and running now for the OHRRPGCE community. This will allow OHRRPGCE users to communicate with one another by voice, text, and/or text-to-speech. What is Mumble? It is a chat program that is similar to Skype and Ventrilo. It works on Windows, Linux, and Mac. Wha...

I'm sure it worked. It will probably take a while to get activity going on in it. I'm hoping that promoting it will help that though, but it will still probably take a while for it to come together.

Here it is: It's pretty cut and dry at this point but I still got to figure out how everything works. ADDRESS: mbl6.gameservers.com PORT: 10020 No password to enter. Don't really see a need to just yet. I'll be getting with James and some other folks about mentioning this info on other sites. If the...

I have purchased a 15 slot Mumble Server. It is up and running now but I need to do a few things to it before I release the info on it.

Ventrilo is so much easier to set up and do administrative functions on it, but I'll get used to this as well.

Expect the Mumble info to be up shortly.

No problem, and I do appreciate the concern. The sad truth is that the issues I'm having are beyond my control at this point. I've done pretty much all I can to improve the situations, and I can't do anything else but wait at this point. Because of that I'm feeling a bit down, but I hope that once I...

Hype Up Your Game Thread: 8-bit Contest Edition

Inspired by the topic of similar name, I felt the need to do this for the contest games. It just so happens that the week that I announce the contest that terrible things happen that are all beyond my control; which is not helping my motivation for the contest at all. Loving the names. My favorite one from you guys so far is probably: In Your Face Internet Starring Mickey Mouse I almost peed myself. I'm sensing another game contest coming on. One where a bunch of game titles, from this generator, are listed and you enter by claiming and then making one of the gam...

Not sure what to name your latest project? I present the video game name generator: http://norefuge.net/vgng/vgng.html I was searching for a few ideas because I couldn't think of a name for my 8-bit contest game and came across this website. I doubt I will use anything but some of the generated name...

Does the "transparent" color count towards the 16 colors?
No sir it does not. 16 actual colors can make up your master palette.
