I don't remember if you can get @ references to subscripts or not. You can't. (Because they can't run without the parent scripts. HSpeak would have to check that you don't use any non-local variables from the parent scripts.) An extra 1800 slices should have virtually no effect, as long as they are...

Those new map editor layer visualisations draw the map layers while doing an extra palette remapping. The extra remapping is a 256-color palette mapping into the master palette. (The limit of 16 colors per palette is very close to being removed entirely, so internally the map editor can already make...

I used 200x320 and it works out nicely. The Android port will stretch the screen to fit. Oh! So that means it also rotates the screen if the resolution is taller than it is wide. I didn't realise it did that. I wonder what happens if you run on a device with a square screen, like the Blackberry Pas...

And of course, there's the logo displayed on the Wiki and in Custom. If anyone wants to contribute logos and splash screens, we could have a collection of them! Even if we don't agree to change the "official" (more like de-facto) logo or splash screens, it would definitely nice to have opt...

Yes, both screens are nice! The slightly-roughly-drawn style works. Maybe (in the left one) give Bob a bigger grin? There is a standard "powered by OHRRPGCE" splash screen for android games (see here ) but it could most definitely be improved! I see that the PC version of Graffiti Goose (h...

Paint has a crayon tool? I don't remember having such luxuries in the Win XP days!
Titlescreen is definitely from 2001, though.

Hi!
Yes. I know Fnrrf is also waiting on that, so that makes two people now and I'll try to prioritise it higher. James and I already did some work on it, and it shouldn't be hard to raise that limit.
The maximum is currently 41.

Yes, you can't play the same sound multiple times at once. Yet. (Actually, the OHR's sound effects originally did allow that, but those script commands were declared obsolete and replaced with the current ones, which are much easier to use) The problem is that the scripts call "stop sound (X)&q...

Fnrrf: considering that you've got another 5 months, but a lot of other big projects... is this going to be a pretty big game? Might it actually be finished by the end of the year? Baconlabs: Oh wow! This shall be impressive! I'm not familiar with FE:Heroes, but I know tactical combat on a small gri...

Hmm, only two months to my self-imposed deadline for delivering early requests! Fufluns is the first priority though, and I have to do the stuff I said I'd do soon anyway, too. Still missing requests from nine people! On the topic of shop listings, I noticed that at some point shops started listing ...

Sorry, I'll be doing that very soon anyway. Please request something else instead.

Yes, looking good! Nice formation selection menu.

Fortis drew enemies too?? You must have mentioned that, and I must have read it, but it's a complete surprise to me.
I have no idea which NPCs you drew, so you must be doing pretty good!

Slice of life books and movies and even sitcoms can be enthralling, if well written (normally implying written from clear experience). Realistic interactions between people can be as or more interesting than the typical high-fantasy RPG writing. And yet, the attempt to put everyday interactions betw...

OK, didn't realise you were also drawing NPCs! Still, the game is clearly getting there.
